It is recommended to be taken after the meal.
Contraindications
People with shellfish allergies should avoid taking glucosamine sulfate as it comes from shellfish. In addition, it should be avoided by people with diabetes, pregnant and lactating women. It should be given with extreme caution to hypertensive patients.
Side effects
At high doses of glucosamine (above 1500mg per day) side effects such as nausea, heartburn and headache may occur.
Storage
Keep the product in a dry, cool place up to 25°C (77°F), and protect it from light. Inappropriate storage conditions, such as prolonged exposure to sunlight, high temperature, humidity, and freezing conditions, may result in alterations to the product.
